We created:

• A manual + automated hybrid tool to reconcile transactions and detect mismatches

• Custom logic to handle edge cases and 3rd-party fee structures (e.g. PayPal, Stripe)

• Exportable reports for finance teams to review and investigate anomalies

• Alerting system for missing payouts or inconsistent fee deductions

With this system in place, issues are caught earlier, human error is reduced, and payment flows are transparent and fully verifiable.
